Not sure how red or blues are giving you trouble with Iroha and especially sHanako.
Iroha is strong enough she'll butcher red stages as well, might even functionon yellow but you said those are going fine.
sHanako WILL butcher everything including yellow stages, though that's where she'll be weakest.
You seem to have enough decent students for most stages, if you're want to avoid running mediocrity like Akari you could just run characters with cheap EX's like Serina etc to cycle back to sHanako's EX faster.
