When done right "moms go from having weird sex with the son's peers, turns into actual incest later" type stories are a treat. The gradual spiral of the mom's morals are a lot more believable when they're already doing sketchy shit, requires a lot less suspension of disbelief than the "prim and proper housewife fucks son in less than 10 pages", though I love those too of course
