Maybe it improved for you but for me the change was only visual. Before the "fix" it showed >20 minutes for support but I could always get a lobby in 10-12 minutes, now it shows 8-10 minutes and that's how much I usually spend in the queue.
And despite showing 1-3 minutes for DPS it's usually 3-5 minutes, sometimes more.
