If that were possible, I think it could become an even bigger issue. Sure most people can spot and avoid trannies easily, but if a man really could turn 100% into a woman with no hints or defects or anything? Not everybody would be fine discovering the chick they fucked was some fat guy only hours or minutes ago. It would only make people even more obsessed and paranoid.
