Sometimes artists tag both ships when the dynamic is unclear or constantly switching.
For instance take Eitaku and Takuei. An increasing number of artists just tag "Eitakuei" on twitter and call it a day. Understandable since the dynamic changes constantly. But it's also good for artists who want more of an audience.
Maybe that's what happened here.
