Yeah, that was one of the things I was looking to change eventually, but it only really matters if there's multiple girls involved, since the expectation is that the player focuses on one girl with the relevant commands.

All of those and more are implemented as unique derived commands for the multiplying sex, though. Some of them do require decent stats (mostly technique) on the player and/or the target to pull off (they're hard to coordinate properly, after all), but unless something broke while I wasn't looking, those should still be working fine.
Maybe those could use a look-see too (possibly by adding some book that bypasses some of those checks), but I did include actual content for this feature.
