This movie completely mogs Man of Steel and every marvel release that isn't named Avengers, Guardians, or Loki. If Marvel wants to keep up it needs to adapt a beloved character into a story that completely reinvents them into something familiar yet near completely foreign to modern audiences, they need to take risks. Hulk is ripe for another exploration with picrel, the X-men as well recently had a status-quo shattering comic that saw them completely changing the way they operated in society as a whole that could also be adapted. People like these stories not because they contribute to the universal lore, but because they contribute to an established Canon of a beloved character the audience has come to desire more of.
