If you're going to shit on the gameplay, comparing it to another gacha is not the play.
ZZZs problem is that despite having the best gameplay in the gacha space it is still just a gacha. Gameplay is not the driving factor that brings in players. Rolling is the true skill-based gameplay, and HSR does the best at selling characters.
