I just have one question. Where were all of OUR activist judges when the dems were in office? If it's so easy to bypass the executive branch with federal judges, then why weren't the Ds stopped from doing all the insane shit like flying in hundreds of thousands of illegals? Instead now that we try to fly illegals back *out*, then *that's* when a judge fucking stops it.

And don't say it's because we have no federal judges on our side, because Trump appointed a fuckton of them his first term, everyone here was bragging about it at the time.
