A Japanese man was arrested for secretly filming underneath the skirt of a female pedestrian on an escalator at a Taipei train station in Taiwan. The suspect is a researcher who visited Taiwan for Japan-Taiwan academic exchange. He was about to leave Taiwan on the day he committed the crime.
