She was fat, she managed to get a nice guy temporarily but he told her he didn't like her being fat, because of (((feminism))) she took it very badly and threw him out, and instead of realizing he was right and stopping being fat (it does happen, happened to the ex of a friend of mine), she doubled down on it and she's now miserable. She knows nobody wants her lard arse, but she also knows she's too weak-willed to stop being fat, so she is stuck in this limbo and the only thing preventing her from killing herself is her natural cowardice and the empty dishonest platitudes of other women on the internet telling her she's "beautiful and deserves so much better".
