What? It's true that they have been ruled by nomads, but it wasn't through most of their history, or even 1/4 of it. All nomads who tried to rule them couldn't maintain power for even a century, and the only exception to this was the Qing dynasty, which was recently defeated by RoC, and PRC is a Han government.
