Okay so, I was mostly talking about Neutral being a pain. Neutral feels like 40% res now. I always knew element matching is important, has been in Genshin, was that way in HSR until the SW buff and Anaxa completely ignoring those.
I think Hoyo really has a problem with finding ways to make the content harder other than bloating.
