I live in Canada. I was running in -15 to -20° weather on avg. Your hands freeze, your lungs feel like they're suffocating from the stale air, and you have to wear clipons if you don't want to slip. God forbid the day is windy or snowy.
Running in the heat is much more comfy. Water bottle + gym shorts and a pair of shoes.
