All I can think of at this stage is at least when I finally go to the next NG+ run in 14 turns, the list is going to get culled. In the meantime, I think the list will just keep growing longer.

Did you set it according to the correct format? Because the images for eraBlueResort are extremely specific to picture type, outfit and action, the wording for them must also be exact. It isn't like Tensei-P where you just shove it all into the Custom/(You) folder and save it as 001.webp or face1.webp.
In particular, if you are using subfolders and wanted to have the game recognise/detect it at all, it must have '顔_デフォルト.webp' in there as that is what the game will look for.
