It's significantly less important on Arts loopers since in some cases, if you're Castoria looping, the difference between saving one of her 20% batteries on turn 1 can also mean the difference between making 100% from natural NP gain because the 20% battery is also the NP gain buff. Summer Musashi is an example of this.

It's still beneficial but not as impactful as things like Koyan loopers that 100% NEED their appends.
