Why are you people like "the Union Jack doesn't mean we belong to Great Britain, it's simply an important part of our flag" and keep shooting down new flag ideas?

Canada and Hong Kong knew when it was time to rebrand, why do you continue to kowtow to those chumps?

Australia in particular is an entire goddamn continent. The UK has to accept they're in Europe. Seems like a great opportunity to stand apart.
