Please forgive me for how long it has taken to write, but my thoughts refused to be expressed in words and my shaking hands could not give justice to the feelings of my heart. You came into my life like a shooting star, John Doe, and you made my mind a jumbled mess of feelings. All the diligence I've held onto with so much pride has melted within hours of our last meeting. What a fool I was, to not realize our feelings are so closely entwined.

I feared that you might consider me less, or worse, scared by me, were you to know that I've been lying to you about-

Well, that was interesting. Thankfully you weren't one of those dense anime protagonists, so you knew she wanted to confess her love to you and admit that she's the saintess-princess or whatever. However, that mention of not going to the elvish embassy was concerning.

Yet you can't help but feel great relief settle down upon you for reasons you can't really put into words.

Curiosity got the best of you, and you decided to use the Orb of Farsight to look for Aila. Things wouldn't be that easy, since you didn't find the Academy as you expected it.

Instead of the halls of learning and courtyards that adorned the prestigious building, you found a fuzzy image that vaguely resembled the Centrian Academy. You quickly realize that this was some sort of defense system that Todred must've set up. Thankfully, you're able to mostly bypass it after being clever about what places you wanted to see in the Orb. But then you realize how difficult it'd be to find Aila between all of the other students, and how much mana was gonna get wasted with your bypasses. And so, not wanting to spend all of your mana today, you decide to put a pin on it for another time.
