Yknow, I'm actually not too sure about arabella or the harpy kid. Kagha would probably just resolve normally. Without Halsin she still thanks you for getting the tieflings tf out. I feel like the harpies and the kid disappear if you kill the goblin leaders before resolving the situation but arabella is an unknown for me.
