Get Verina from you standard selector, you need at least two pure supports so with her and Shorekeeper you will be set.
Focus on getting at least two teams built up since you have Cartethyia then leveling Aero Rover is a good idea, but you need to the Rinascita story to get them. I would also level Sanhua since she is free and is by far one of the best 4 stars in the game.
Keep in mind this game also rewards skill more than pure power. once you get your teams set hope into the lab and focus on getting good playing them. Mid substats and good play will get you farther in this game than just trying to chase the "meta"
