Prefect illustrious XL is superb for prompt accuracy and the absence of defects. Then, I use Expressiveh Lora for the H scenes. Finally I add a Lora for the character I want (I use the Illustrious LBG ones from luckysan) + La Blue Swagger from SwaggerBoi for general styling.
The really tricky part is to massage the prompt to produce something that looks like it has been produced in the 90s - Prefect has been trained mainly on modern anime, so you have to really go deep when describing the artstyle (1990 style, retro artstyle, anime colours, vibrant colors, marked shadows, dramatic lighting, etc etc).
