i got it bros
i failed this run 4 times
and the run that got it was the one i had less hope in

it's me, bird and recluse but recluse leaves immediately
so i just duo with bird and think "we won't get it but at least i'll practice, also i don't want to abandon the game"

we go in.
i decide to use serpent bow. boss gets poisoned almost immediately. honestly, he's weaker to poison than to lightning. i poison him 2 times.
i see him try to take aggro but fulghor literally just does long range aoe on me for 30 seconds, and i drink like half my flasks.
my marks never break, i swear it must be bugged. i ult on a red mark and it doesn't break.
bird bro breaks fulghor's lightning charge attacks every time.
i poison him again. we keep going and we kill him.
