Here you can order a prostitute from the internet, it's basically legal, but they can't advertise it as sex for money.

So there will be some small print on the website saying that payment does not guarantee any sexual services unless the woman wants to do it voluntarily.

Picking up prostitutes from the streets is illegal though.
