Prayers were sometimes answered. Sheen! Light and warm energy bathed Kretyn and parted the rain. It was so beautiful. Whoa! Who was that angel!? It was... it was the little worm friend! And he had a halo! And feathery wings! Amen! A miracle! Kretyn was moved to tears of bliss and instantly found new faith in the gods above. This was the most beautiful thing he had ever witnessed in his life. Kretyn could only wonder at what this meant for the future, but swore he would be a worthy companion to his tiny (and now holy) buddy for the rest of time.
