Dracthyr hunter goes super hard both aesthetically/thematically and mechanically.
The racial glide fits perfectly into the hunter mobility kit and the extra knockback/knock up is massively useful for kiting and dicouraging attackers in pvp.

You cant just leap off cliffs with disengage and zoom away by gliding at the top of the arc and even if you glide gets disrupted you can endlessly recast it. It allows for some very cheeky positioning.

I can't say its like "best" or anything but its incredibly FUN
