In case one of you didn't know, this scene was never in the anime. This is from a manga page that never animated for some reason.
I don't know why. This bicycle midair kick is really fucking cool. They animated it for some video toy which is what I'm pretty sure this is traced over.
The music in the background of the video is from dragon ball super/Kai Buu arc I'm pretty sure.
