I always hate that. Ill never save up enough to V6 a character so its always disappointing when 1-5 are pretty hollow, i get they want to make people swipe to buy pulls and such but i wish they tried to at least make v3 a solid benchmark. Also what about her weapon over Pigeon? And is Vector the same way? When she first came out i got her and her weapon, i forgot if she was in the same v0 or v6 category.
