I played Turtle with 40ms ping on the SA server and epoch with 260ms, and Epoch felt way better. I have everything you listed installed on Turtle except nampower, and I have 0 things installed on Epoch, even with a 220ms difference in ping it felt massively better, not to mention all the builtin features on the video settings that Turtle lacks. I'm not falling for 1.12 propaganda again.
