I'm also aware that tipping is different in Russia and USA.
In Russia - you basically can tip if you really-really wanna, but there isn't a "cultural expectation", so to say.

In USA - there is.
And I gotta say - this is absolute capitalist bullshit.
The fucking employer is keeping wages low so the fucking customer has to pay more so that the waiter\delivery guy\whatever get a "fair payment" for their job.
