I free range and birds don't eat "grain" as their only diet.

Geese can sustain on grass alone and there is an entire woods full of foragables and bugs.
I spend around 20$ a bag and supplement their fed range with around 1 bag of all flock a month, If that.
Bad wingers I might have to double up to 2.
I receive donations of food to feed the birds. People will trade expired food or older food for eggs and I usually take them up on it.


So to answer your question simply. I don't know, I didn't destroy my land so they can feed of it so I don't order that much feed. But my costs are around 500$. i don't usually keep track.
