Read Kraig to learn how to do lbrp, lbrh, middle pillar and some other random stuff. If you have any questions about whatever the fuck is going on then read Regardie, especially black brick. Triple check all correspondences and names in Liber 777 because for whatever reason Kraig swaps stuff around sometimes. Also dont listen to anyone saying you need to practice LBRP only for trillions of years before touching anything else, 3 months is enough or even less if you are sure you know its working and got it memorised by heart.

Imo the easiest shit to do with it is to make talismans/amulets. They, at least in my experience, work like video game buffs. 30% increased chance of stuff happening and whatnot. Sounds stupid but you can certainly feel the effects (as long as you make it correctly and dont completely rely on it to do all the work for you, gotta still put in some effort)
