In my experience: To a certain extent. My stamina that lasts between sessions (let's call it the baseline stamina) stopped evolving after my first few 4+ hour FH sessions: this is your mental tolerance for arousal. Your physiological tolerance for arousal, however, is different altogether; this will rise and fall depending on a. how much you abstain and b. how you deal with arousal at every moment in your session - on what degree you inhibit yourself and let your arousal move and grow or not.
This is hard to explain, and it also feels a bit pointless to do so, because experience is absolutely your best teacher here. Give it a go! There is, after all, no such thing as losing in this practice lol
