Did you see the port strike a few months ago? There was hypergolic rocket propellent there, you can tell from the distinct orange smoke from nitrogen tetraoxide.

Look at the flash of light that's bright as the sun and lasts for only 1 frame. That isn't rocket propellent from storage tanks exploding.
