Disease is probably a bigger fear than famine. If you want to go first world, the devil of finances/poverty would probably be the biggest one. Lots of people are stressed about being just one accident or bad day away from losing it all. Like in the US, everyone but richfags and governmentfags are terrified of getting sick, not because of a lack of cure, but because of the medical costs.
