It just doesn't really pop, and it's not a fidelity problem. Your storyboarding needs work, your perspective is lacking, your expressions are lacking, and your dialog is merely servicable. You lack sauce.

Most importantly you didn't include purple highlights on Blaze's flames.

The paneling here does not track as being a transition from a narration and the comedic effect of Marine interrupting falls flat because there's no discontinuity or impact. The kill shot should have been a full page spread, and the next page should be Marine interrupting with that spread as some kind of backdrop. Pic related a very iconic Bleach scene.

Okay it's an introduction. Good setup. Glad you're giving her a dynamic with Gardon and Marine out of the gate. I love the trope she's got going on with Gardon already, feels like the Lupin and Zenigata dynamic.
