The problem is resources were spread too thin in Brave US. In hindsight, it is now clear the staff there were not ready to handle incorporating idol after its acquisition, they only had enough people to handle V4Mirai and couldn't deal with the extra administrative load of handling idol and that is on top of what I understand that they also had to support some VSPO EN stuff which was also started last year.
In which case, what corporate should've done was just bite the bullet and made it so the conditions had Aviel and other staff stay on to transition everything smoothly for X amount of months despite things falling apart under their leadership and the talents hating them immensely by that point in time. And then simultaneously, they should've been getting replacements ASAP for those leaving to ensure a smooth transition. Instead, we had a somewhat half assed job with stuff like merch and etc. taken care of on the customer side but then the talent side was almost completely neglected after November/December and we went into a slow half year doom spiral of basically limbo and status quo on most of the girls while getting various fires and crises, some which were avoidable, some which weren't which led us up to the current situation.
I'm still not sure given what Daisy said in her stream if they have even completely rectified this. But it fucking sucks, when there is enough ample evidence that can be put at Brave Group in general when they raised up this much money in private equity total and couldn't be bothered to actually put more money forward on top to make sure everything was fine on top of the purchase of idol. They money pinched for no reason and lost a lot of value of idol and some more of the remaining goodwill from having everything cascade into essentially breaking up Endless. And for what in exchange? Slowing their capital burn? Building more Vtuber projects? I'm just hoping this is the lowest we can go, but I am not holding my breath to see if things will get better.

I mean the other thing we can do is do what we did the first day of Offkai but I feel like we had our outlet and are satisfied for the time being. One correction I wanted to make from back then, I didn't realize the webpage I screenshotted had only Brave's latest fundraising amount instead of the total they have earned in their entire existence. So instead of ~24M USD, it's more like 88.02M USD in their bank.
