For me it is absolutely Luna as #1 by far. However, 2nd for me would be Fluttershy. She's cute, is calm, and has a sweet and cheerful disposition. Also, I love her affinity with nature. Maybe all that just triggers an instinctual desire to want to protect her. I dunno.
