Reporting in after having those problems I mentioned before. I deleted ComfyUI, uninstalled GIT and did a clean install of everything, including the GPU driver. After some tries, the slow/lagging of everything finally stopped and happens just when it's processing a lot. It's working again. Previously the step of "TeaCache: Initialized" wasn't happening everytime for some reason.

And it's great that you've updated the workflow. Gonna test in the future for sure!

I've got a couple questions if you don't mind, Bag:

1) There is some photos that take like 35min to be done. While there some others (like picrel) that took like 2 hours overall. What gives? I've noticed that there is a node Image Resize, but I took the time to resize all the photos to 480px in width to help a little. Maybe the 2hrs happened because of the quality of the photo, face features, background or the image being a bit vertical? Maybe I'm tripping and this happens to everyone and it really depends from photo to photo.

2) Your best results comes from single, double or triple combinations of loras? And also, did you noticed a difference of time having just one or multiple activated?

3) If I tried to use a different model and lora likes this one:

I just need to swap some of the vae/unet in the workflow and it's possible to work?
