I think both ChatGPT and Copilot are more filtered than Sora, albeit I've tested ChatGPT very little (and, mostly, accidentally). Copilot is also possibly stricter with characters, but I've not tested it a lot. All 4o implementations hate mentions of artist names, but they're fine if you mention their works (anime, cartoons, manga, comics, etc.), instead...
