Paulo has been always attentive to Mike ever since cosmic gay rays accidentaly hit him. The problem is that nothing ever happens in this comic, therefore Paulo cannot grow or go through character arcs. This, combined with Lucyspace warping his behaviour, has assasinated Paulo's reputation in this threads.
