an achievement for having the top 0.1% of io score at the end of a patch/season for your region. as people time higher keystones the score gets higher. if you qualify you get a title like 'enterprising hero, dreaming hero, awakened hero', etc. it's like gladiator for pvp but the nerd pve version. ultimately it's a participation trophy for nolifing the game.

im the person with the decent io in my guild but i just drop my key to something respectable and help guildies get their 3k mounts, vault weeklies, etc. i push in a group of friends but we're all around the same level trying to finish our 18s on a super limited schedule so we don't really have anyone with like 19s to 'practice'. and my bnet """""""""""friends""""""""""" who have higher io don't ever wanna play with us because they don't get io from it
