mdx23c is now basically subpar tech. Use
BS Roformer from mvsep.com, it just has better benchmarks in everything, ive been using it personally for voice cloning.

Also chatterbox might be worth looking into for ina dubs, its a 0 shot tts voice cloning. You plug in a sub 1 min audio of a voice, and use it as a tts, i just generated this rn by increasing exaggeration a bit.
