I'd absolutely kill and die to live in Vienna when the Holy Roman Empire was at it's peak, Nuremberg an easy 2nd place with Aachen being 3rd for me.

But if we're talking about Russia I'd absolutely love the bottom two (Moscow and St.Petersgrad).

I've always had a weakness for medieval, enlightenment, and Victorian era cities.
