So I tried reading Dragon Drive manga to the end since it was OP pic some threads ago (I only watched the anime before)
The only thing I can say is that I'm glad the anime went with its own original ending instead of whatever the author was doing in the later part of the story
Manga went to shit after author replaced Reiji with Takumi as the protagonist
And he dared to have Reiji appear near the end to fight side by side with Takumi as if they were best of friends when all the author had one up to that point was baiting Reiji left and right (even Himuro mistook Takumi with Reiji)
One of the rare cases where the anime is the superior version of the story
Now excuse me, I have to go rewatch the Dragon Drive anime since wash away my bad memory of the manga (especially the Takumi & Raikoo part)
