Read about the great man in history, believe that you can change your destiny. Read nietzsche and believe in the power of the will. Life is WILL TO POWER. Everything is about conquest, improvement. If you keep telling yourself that life is great, that you can conquer the world, eventually the door will open for you and you wont need to say it, but only feel it, until you are it.
Whitepill is kind of a cargo cult, you keep telling yourself it is true until it becomes.
Also listen to the Gateway tapes / stargate program (CIA). They literally wrote how the universe and you are one, and how you can change it. Gateway program was the first whitepill of my ascension spiral.
