Ukraine has launched DOT-Chain Defence—a new digital system designed to streamline and accelerate weapons procurement for the Armed Forces. Described as a “weapons marketplace,” it enables frontline units to directly order drones, EW tools, and more with minimal bureaucracy. Ten brigades are involved in the pilot phase, backed by UAH 1 billion in funding. Delivery timelines are expected to shrink from months to weeks.
