Hello /fit/, I'm sorry if this has been asked so often but I have a little question:
I'm the type that store all his fat around his abdominal belt, and my question is simple: is taking walks a good way to counter that?
Here's some additional info:
>I'm a little eater, not picky, but I just don't have much of an appetite
>I do enjoy and drink soda every once in a while, particulary coke, I just love that shit I'm sorry
>I'm not particulary physically active outside of the daily routine I perform, it's nothing grandiose, it's mostly designed to keep myself from degenerating into a mass incapable of lifting its own arms since due to life and work I spend a lot, A LOT of time sitting down in front of a monitor, though I think it's important to note that most of it focus on the upper body, abs, chest, arms, back
Which bring us today, I decided that taking a couple hour just walking around couldn't hurt, but would it be enough to lose that belt of fat I'm hanging around my abs, especially since summer is rolling in so the heat might help melt down all the fat?
Again, sorry if it was asked often, but I know next to nothing to fitness so I figured I'd ask people who are more knowledgeable on the subject than I.
Note that I don't want to become a super athlete or bodybuilder, I just want a pleasant lean, pleasant bodyshape.
