I remember this vertical schmup called Goubakuran ~Rumblestorm~, in which the R18 version would have the heroine wearing breast pumps and a rotating dildo up her clam when piloting a fighter jet called XEX. Apparently this whole system is what allows you to make last-second dodges whenever a projectile gets too close.
