You can’t fool everyone into thinking you’re ACTUAL locals but you can, at the very least, make it look like you’re the kinds of people that fit in well enough to not draw too much attention. Plus some cloaks and masks could help, Basilea even getting her proper Devil Mask disguise out again. Keli helps sell it a bit by trying to emphasize her shared Ki with Melee, so she even feels a bit more like a demon to those around… which Beelzebub casually notes her that while helpful, very few demons in the area can actually sense Ki all that well.
Which… leads you all to the elephant, er, raptor in the room. “So like… do you want some kind of coat or parade float disguise or…?” Izzy questions Rozriz.
“No need.” she declares… activating an actual cloaking feature. Oh, useful! Hey you notice that even her Ki is hard to sense now too. “I’m ready if you all are.”
“You have the picture, right? You take the lead, and we’ll follow after you from a distance.” A small beep comes from your goggles, and as you check them, you see that she’s sending quick broadcasts of her location. Sounds like you’re all good.
Time to begin.
Gohan opens the door and heads out, with Izzy following behind him, then Piccolo and Keli. You and Basilea trail behind a bit, with Rozriz already moving out swiftly. You honestly almost don’t even notice her movements as she moves past. Moving through the city, with the morning light of dawn peeking through it, you see several demons just going about their day, opening up shops, begrudgingly heading to work, some taking some spacecraft out to other places, while a few more look like they’re up to noticeably more shady business.
However, there also seems to be a security force on patrol, purple demons with flat faces in red cloaks and white armor, a red and black symbol on their armor’s chests. One civilian glares at them, but quickly tries to hide his face as they take notice of him. Izzy and Gohan end up stopped by them, with them asking the latter why he’s wearing the outfit of a “Glind.” Your brother just turns to them and grunts out that he was hired to take care of a problematic monster that’s been pestering the Demon King’s supply shipments with his ally beside him. Izzy then makes a few dramatic poses, then cackles with as much a malicious tone as she can muster. Gohan emphasizes his point that if they would rather finally handle the job themselves, he’d be glad to go right back to King Dabura with the lead officer’s name, promising (threatening) to try to get him a recommendation for a job well done.
