I believe Tulsi will beat out Vance. Tulsi is a petty and vindictive woman, but unlike most petty and vindictive women she has a 130+ IQ, and an iron will. This is a very dangerous combination. She wants to dunk on Hilary and Kamala who tried and failed to become the first female President. This is especially true for Hilary who greatly slandered her for nearly a decade and still does to this day. She wants to be President not because of any sense of duty, but solely to rub it in Hilary’s face. And I don’t think there is much anyone can do to stop her.
